As a graduate from Highlands College, I embarked on a journey that led me to acquire diverse skills and backgrounds. My education included courses in health and social care and information technology. Since leaving Highlands College, I’ve enriched my experience with roles ranging from international banking to spearheading the establishment and development of a mental health charity.

Effortlessly multitasking, problem-solving, and consistently seeking ways to improve processes, I take pride in making people’s lives a little easier. In my role at Virteffic, I contribute administrative services to a diverse range of clients, ensuring the efficient functioning of both Virteffic and our dynamic team.

In my role at Virteffic, I provide essential administrative support, where I’ve been actively involved in:

  • Drafting minutes and action points.
  • Preparing agendas for board meetings and sub-committees.
  • Collating comprehensive board packs by collecting and creating reports.
  • Creating and managing working environments on MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Efficiently using MS tools for workload management, prioritisation, and distribution.
  • Handling data entry and spreadsheet management tasks.
  • Preparing impactful presentations and reports.
  • Updating websites using WordPress.
  • Providing marketing support, including the creation and scheduling of social media posts.
  • Designing and circulating newsletters.
  • Facilitating new starter onboarding and induction processes.
  • Generating invoices and maintaining records in QuickBooks.

I can effortlessly multitask, problem solve and identify ways in which processes can be improved.

I enjoy assisting people and making their lives a little easier.
