By way of a background, I am a qualified chartered secretary and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. I have a strong academic background and senior management experience in the corporate, trust, and fiduciary environment for 15+ years. Consequently, I have deep technical expertise and an excellent understanding of the industry. My expertise is most noteworthy in governance, procedures, and in all aspects of company secretarial work.
Altogether, I bring a diverse set of skills which enables me to support you and your business.
