One of the best things about working for myself is all the flexibility. It gives me a lot of time for walks and activities during the day. I often find that I am much more productive if I spend a couple of hours outside in the fresh air, and also do some extra exercise such as running, racket ball or a session in the gym. It wakes up the mind and body and is such a good compliment to the hours of sitting still in from on the office.
The autumn sunshine was beautiful this week and made sure I got plenty of Vitamin D in between client work.
I love all the time I am spending in my office and the work-life balance is fantastic.
