Happy Easter! I hope that you find time over the holidays to relax, de-stress, and be with some of your loved ones (considering the rules where you live of course).
When you work hard (and hopefully love what you do), it is easy to forget stress relief and recovery. This doesn’t have to be a day at the SPA or a weekend getaway. I find that I gain the most energy from zooming out from emails and social media. Spending time in nature (listening to a good book or just listening to nature), spending time with friends and loved ones, laughing, dancing, and exercising are for me the best mood boosters and de-stressing activities.
I have enjoyed some time off this Easter with nice food and drinks with friends and loved ones. Mixed also with some gardening work, cake baking, and long walks in the sun. I feel loaded with energy and sunshine now. I will spend the rest of today cooking roast lamb, salmon and the sides before enjoying an Easter Sunday meal with the family. 💙
