Work when you want
Independence and flexibility are key elements when you work at Virteffic Limited (“Virteffic“). We generally work a variable number of hours per week. Everyone decides how much or how little they want to work and confirms their preferences in a capacity schedule that is used for guidance on the overall team capacity. We have a couple of internal meetings and booked client meetings (including board meetings to take minutes), with the majority of the hours being scheduled at our own convenience. Our team members are flexible and can work more hours during peak times and when deadlines are close.
Work where you want
As Virtual Assistants, we primarily work from our home and each team member is provided with a Virteffic laptop. Everyone has the discretion to work where they want – from home, from a shared office facility, or a place of your choosing (the only limitation is that client work must be completed in a confidential, private and secure environment).
We have a great team of supportive individuals who work closely together as we collaborate on internal and external tasks. We have regular team meetings and we communicate daily via Teams.
We promote a healthy lifestyle and often have shared training sessions and outdoor activities to bond as a team.
