We continue to focus on independent, professional, experienced individuals when we recruit. Why have you not seen the new team members?
It is our standard process to allow our team members to settle into their new roles before we introduce them to clients and the rest of the world. At Virteffic, we are all about accuracy and quality and our team help to deliver on that promise to our clients.
The induction and onboarding period has gone great and we are thrilled to introduce you to our new team members next month. You can already see some updates on our website and all bios will be live from August.
We are Team Virteffic!
We are a whole bunch of people in our team, including our Administrator/PA, six Senior Virtual Assistants/minute writers, one team manager, our two directors, and a Chief Operating Officer. We have also been lucky to have a temporary contractor over the summer to assist with all the internal projects. At present we are recruiting for a couple of more minute writers and another administrator.
