I am a personable and detail-oriented Administrator with a 5 year background in finance and related positions. I am proficient in use of various CRM systems and successful at meeting goals through effective attention to detail and proactive client service. I am also focused with demonstrated teamwork and problem solving skills and I excel at providing first-rate client service in fast-paced environments. In addition, I facilitate effective coordination and communication with associates and leadership. 

In my previous role as a Senior Associate at a larger bank, I excelled in training and supporting team members, fostering a culture of collaboration. With excellent coordination and communication skills, I prioritise tasks, meets deadlines, and utilise CRM systems efficiently. Most of my experience in Banks and Trust Companies have been linked to CDD regulations, onboarding and compliance related tasks for example I ran CDD checks/searches on prospect clients, reviewed client due diligence (CDD) for existing clients changing control, ownership or benefit and I assisted with the risk rating of clients.

My expertise extends to administrative support as well. My previous work experience showcases my organisation and customer service skills. With a commitment to efficiency and productivity, I excel in managing documents, scheduling meetings, and providing exceptional customer service.

With a strong foundation in finance, client service, and administrative support, I bring a valuable skill set to my current role as a virtual assistant. My attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to client satisfaction make me a valuable asset in supporting businesses and streamlining operations.
