As the year drew to a close, I found myself reflecting on the ways in which Virteffic’s flexible working arrangement really worked for my professional life. December, in particular, stood out as a testament to the incredible benefits of our remote work culture.
I was empowered by the knowledge that I could log in and make meaningful contributions whenever and wherever I chose whilst also enjoying the festive spirit and taking time out when needed. I found purpose and fulfilment in staying productive and accomplishing my goals over the Christmas period when it can be tempting to do very little —without feeling the weight of external pressure.
I’ve long believed that flexible working isn’t just a perk; it’s a game-changer for well-being and work-life balance. By granting us the freedom to manage our time and energy according to our needs and preferences, Virteffic has created an environment where success and satisfaction go hand in hand.
I can’t emphasise enough the positive impact that flexible working has had on my overall well-being and professional fulfilment. It’s a lifestyle choice that I wholeheartedly advocate for and one that I believe has the power to transform not only individual careers but entire organisations.

As virtual assistants, the Virteffic team works as an extension to the client’s in-house team, or as an alternative for those clients who do not want to (or do not need to) commit to hiring an employee.
Our team work closely together and have regular face-to-face meetings. However, the core concept of Virteffic is to provide remote services, and therefore the full workforce is working from home the majority of the time.
