In this edition of Tess Thoughts, as we navigate through March 2024 and celebrate International Women’s Day, I find it both relevant and essential to reflect on how Virteffic’s flexible working model has become a cornerstone of empowerment for professional women. As the heart and soul behind Virteffic LimitedI’ve carved a niche in the Channel Islands’ business landscape and reshaped the traditional work environment. 

With a rich background as a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of ICSA, alongside bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Financial Administration, I bring deep expertise in corporate governance and secretarial support from my time at institutions like HSBC Private Bank and RBC Wealth Management, as well as leadership roles at Intertrust (former Ogier and Elian) and Maples Group.
