During 2023, Virteffic introduced even more innovative services, including Board Effectiveness Reviews and tailored training courses. Growth in Guernsey and the addition of experienced team members underscore our commitment to evolving client needs. As the heart and soul behind Virteffic Limited, I’ve carved a niche in the Channel Islands’ business landscape and reshaped the traditional work environment.
With a rich background as a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of ICSA, alongside bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Financial Administration, I bring deep expertise in corporate governance and secretarial support from my time at institutions like HSBC Private Bank and RBC Wealth Management, as well as leadership roles at Intertrust (former Ogier and Elian) and Maples Group.
