December’s busiest day exemplified our team’s prowess, managing 24 board/committee meetings for 7 clients across 4 jurisdictions, actively engaging in 6. The day showcased our ability to handle high-demand situations with unparalleled efficiency.

During 2023, Virteffic introduced even more innovative services, including Board Effectiveness Reviews and tailored training courses. Growth in Guernsey and the addition of experienced team members underscore our commitment to evolving client needs. Our unique working model, offering freedom and flexibility to all team members, remains crucial to our success.

Entering 2024, Virteffic stands ready as a strategic partner for businesses, providing comprehensive support. Grateful to our clients and the team, we look forward to another year of growth, innovation, and shared achievements in 2024.

As the heart and soul behind Virteffic LimitedI’ve carved a niche in the Channel Islands’ business landscape and reshaped the traditional work environment. 

With a rich background as a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of ICSA, alongside bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Financial Administration, I bring deep expertise in corporate governance and secretarial support from my time at institutions like HSBC Private Bank and RBC Wealth Management, as well as leadership roles at Intertrust (former Ogier and Elian) and Maples Group.

My journey and the evolution of Virteffic are testaments to the possibilities that unfold when professional aspirations align with personal well-being.
