We’re excited to share the news that Siobhan has been promoted to Assistant Manager – Admin and Operations at Virteffic. Her hard work, adaptability and drive to make a difference have made her an invaluable part of the team, and this promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her contribution.
A journey shaped by purpose and progress
Siobhan’s career has been guided by a passion for helping others, improving systems and making a lasting impact. With experience in international banking and the founding of a mental health charity, her background reflects a strong sense of purpose and a constant focus on learning and growth.
Reflecting on what drew her to Virteffic, Siobhan said:
“I was attracted to Virteffic’s fresh, innovative approach to supporting businesses. I could see how my skills would be useful across a range of projects, and I was excited about the chance to keep developing professionally.”

“It makes me feel seen and valued. It’s encouraged me to keep pushing myself and to keep showing up as the best version of myself, for my colleagues and for our clients.”
She’s especially proud of how much she’s grown in areas that were once outside her comfort zone, proving her flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.

In her new role, Siobhan is looking forward to supporting others and developing her skills in project management.
“I’ve been lucky to receive great support at Virteffic, and now I’m keen to pass that on. I want to help others build their confidence, just as others have helped me.”

Siobhan brings a solid background in operations and admin, combined with a proactive mindset and a genuine focus on improving how things work. She’s constantly looking for ways to streamline tasks, and her efforts have already had a positive impact across the business.

“The variety. I love working with different businesses and taking on a wide range of tasks. It’s allowed me to develop skills I may not have picked up in a more traditional role.”
