As a graduate of Highlands College, my journey has allowed me to develop a diverse and adaptable skill set. My educational background includes studies in health and social care, alongside information technology, providing a solid foundation for my varied professional experience.
Since completing my education, I’ve gained hands-on experience across sectors, from international banking to establishing and developing a local mental health charity.
These roles strengthened my passion for helping others and honed my organisational and problem-solving skills.
At Virteffic, I provide essential administrative services to both our clients and internal team—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting business continuity.
I thrive on multitasking, process improvement, and taking on new responsibilities that contribute to team efficiency and success.
What I Do at Virteffic
In my role as Assistant Manager – Operations and Administration, I deliver a wide range of support services to enhance organisational effectiveness, including:
- Preparing agendas for board meetings and sub-committees
- Compiling comprehensive board packs by creating and collecting reports
- Creating and managing working environments in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Utilising Microsoft tools for workload management, prioritisation, and distribution
- Handling data entry and spreadsheet management with precision
- Preparing impactful reports and business presentations
- Providing marketing support, including the creation and scheduling of social media content
- Designing and circulating internal and external newsletters
- Facilitating onboarding and induction processes for new team members
I’m known for my high level of organisation, adaptability, and self-motivation.
I take pride in problem-solving and identifying ways to enhance efficiency across processes.
Whether supporting internal operations or client needs, I approach every task—big or small—with care, dedication, and a desire to make a positive impact.
I can effortlessly multitask, problem solve and identify ways in which processes can be improved.
I enjoy assisting people and making their lives a little easier.
My role at Virteffic is to provide administrative services to a range of clients, as well as looking after Virteffic and our team.
