I’m an organised and proactive Senior Virtual Assistant born and educated in Jersey.

With a remarkable career in the finance industry that began in 2003, I’ve accumulated over 18 years of invaluable experience.
Starting as a Trainee Trust and Company Administrator, I progressed to the role of Trust Manager at a multinational bank, specialising in private wealth, before joining Virteffic.

Professional Background

My expertise lies in corporate and trust administration, managing a diverse range of clients, including Middle Eastern ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, some of whom were PEPs.
Holding both the Certificate in Offshore Administration and the ICSA Diploma, I’ve gained in-depth technical knowledge of local legislation, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance frameworks.

I approach all matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. My aim is to deliver top-quality administration and dependable results for our clients.

As a Minute Writer and Virtual Assistant, I provide dependable administrative and governance support to a wide range of clients. My role involves:

Outside the Office

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll often find me outside enjoying Jersey’s stunning coastline.
I love spending time with my family, walking along the north coast paths, swimming in the sea, or looking after my allotment—it’s where I recharge and find balance.

  • HSBC Trustee (C.I.) Limited – Trust Manager (November 2006 – September 2021)  
  • Equity Trust Company Limited – Trust and company administrator (January 2003 – October 2006) 
  • Preparation of minutes and resolutions.
  • Company incorporations and dissolutions in various jurisdictions.
  • Day-to-day administration of complex client structures.
  • Cash management and responding to client requests.
  • Reviewing financial statements and assisting with bookkeeping.
  • Preparation of client invoices/billing and reviewing WIP.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders – clients and third parties.
  • Opening and closing of Trust and company bank accounts globally.
  • Completing FATCA and CRS filings and beneficial owner registers.
  • Preparation and submission of annual confirmations to the Jersey Registry.
  • Remediation projects and thematic reviews.
