I am Nina Acutt

Virtual Assistant

My career began in Jersey in 2005 as a Trainee Trust and Company Administrator.  During this time, I commenced studying and hold the Certificate in Offshore Administration from the Jersey Business School and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in International Trust Management.  Whilst building on my technical knowledge, I progressed to the position of Senior Trust Officer within a local Trust company.

In 2015 I moved to Sydney, Australia where I worked in a listed company, first as a Senior Trust Manager in private wealth and later in their Company Secretariat and Governance department.  In 2021 I transferred to their Company Secretariat department in London where I was responsible for providing company secretarial services and governance support to entities in the UK, EU, Asia and Australia.  I continue to build on my technical knowledge and am currently studying towards the Corporate Governance Institute’s Qualifying Programme.
