Frequently asked questions
Is your business cyber secure? Yes. We are Cyber Essentials certified, use only Virteffic-managed and encrypted laptops, and operate in a secure Microsoft 365 environment. Devices are continuously monitored and supported by Resolution IT.
Can you work within our systems? Absolutely. We regularly work within client platforms such as Citrix, VDI, or VPN, depending on internal policy. We also adapt to your templates and document workflows.
Do you provide NDAs? Yes. All engagements include strict confidentiality clauses, and we’re happy to sign bespoke NDAs on request.
How often do you update your systems? Updates and security patches are rolled out regularly via Intune, with a monthly management cycle for compliance checks. Any non-compliant device triggers a remediation workflow managed by Resolution IT.
How do you keep your team informed about cyber risks? All team members complete monthly cyber awareness training. Topics include phishing, cloud security, mobile device protection, and safe internet usage—ensuring our team remains alert and up to date.
