How Virteffic started
After graduating in Sweden, Tess Price moved to Jersey in 2006. What began as a short term plan developed into a senior career across the trust, corporate and fiduciary sectors, working closely with boards, regulators and governance teams.
In 2020, Tess founded Virteffic Limited, stepping away from a director role to build an independent firm that champions flexibility, quality and wellbeing without compromising professionalism. What began as a solo venture quickly evolved into a trusted team delivering governance support across multiple jurisdictions.
That founding experience continues to shape how Virteffic works today. Independent, practical, people focused and deeply grounded in boardroom reality.
