Is Virteffic Cyber Essentials Certified? Yes. Virteffic is Cyber Essentials Certified and uses company-managed, encrypted laptops within a secure Microsoft 365 environment to help protect client information and maintain recognised cyber security standards.
Do Virteffic team members use personal devices? No. Client work is completed using Virteffic-issued, company-managed laptops that are protected by encryption, security monitoring and central device management.
Can Virteffic work within our systems? Yes. We regularly work within client environments, including Microsoft 365, Citrix, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), VPNs and other agreed secure access methods.
How do you handle Board packs and meeting recordings securely? We agree secure document sharing and access arrangements with every client. Depending on your requirements, this may include Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, secure email, encrypted file transfer or working directly within your own systems.
Can Virteffic sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)? Yes. Confidentiality provisions are included within our engagement terms, and we are happy to sign client-specific non-disclosure agreements where required.
Can you adapt to our internal security policies? Yes. We work with clients to agree secure workflows that align with their internal policies, risk appetite, technology environment and document handling requirements.
