This morning, the Virteffic team came together virtually for a Macmillan Coffee Morning, taking some time away from our usual routines to connect over a coffee and support an important cause.
As a fully remote team, opportunities to come together outside of our day-to-day work are particularly valuable. Our virtual coffee morning gave colleagues the chance to catch up, share a few smiles and enjoy some time together while supporting Macmillan Cancer Support.
Alongside individual donations made by team members, Virteffic will also be making a company donation to support the incredible work of Macmillan Cancer Support, helping the charity continue to provide practical, emotional and financial support to those living with cancer and their families.
It was fantastic to see colleagues getting involved from wherever they were, with plenty of coffee cups making an appearance on screen. While we may work remotely, mornings like this are a great reminder that being part of a team is about more than just working together — it’s also about making time to connect and support causes that matter.
