Meet Our New Colleagues at Virteffic

Together, they bring established governance and Board experience, financial services and private equity Committee knowledge, and fresh talent at the beginning of a professional career.

Their appointments strengthen the breadth of experience within Virteffic as we continue supporting Boards, Committees, governance teams and organisations with practical, flexible governance and company secretarial support.

Welcome Christina

Christina joins Virteffic with extensive experience across trust, governance and Board environments.

During her career, she has supported Boards and served as a director herself, giving her an understanding of Board work from several perspectives. She is looking forward to bringing that experience to our client work, Board Effectiveness Reviews and professional minute writing.

Joining Virteffic also marks a new professional chapter for Christina and has reunited her with colleagues she first worked alongside around 15 years ago.

Her knowledge, practical Board experience and interest in continuing to develop Virteffic’s governance services make her a valuable addition to the team. 

Welcome Jasmine

Jasmine brings 12 years of financial services experience spanning finance, business analysis, systems implementation and private equity Committee support.

Her career started in office support before an internal move into finance. She later moved into business analysis and the implementation of systems for administration businesses, followed by a role within private equity supporting underlying Committees.

That varied background has given Jasmine an understanding of how organisations, processes and governance arrangements connect. Importantly, she also brings experience of governance support from the client’s side, giving her another perspective to bring to our work with Boards, Committees and governance teams.

Jasmine was attracted to Virteffic by the opportunity to combine her experience with a more flexible way of working. She is now looking forward to becoming more involved in client work and contributing her knowledge across the team. 

Welcome Brenna

Brenna joins Virteffic as a Trainee Governance and Secretarial Officer, beginning her first professional role after graduating from the University of Liverpool with a first-class Bachelor of Science degree in psychology.

Her academic background gives her an interesting starting point for a career in governance. Brenna has a longstanding interest in human behaviour and developed a particular awareness of motivation, discipline, wellbeing and balance through her studies.

She was attracted to Virteffic’s remote-first approach and the opportunity to begin her career in an environment where she could learn, develop transferable skills and experience different areas of work.

For Brenna, joining Virteffic is an opportunity to try something completely new, learn from colleagues with a variety of professional backgrounds and begin discovering where she would like her career to develop. 

Strengthening the Team Behind Our Client Work

The arrival of Christina, Jasmine and Brenna adds experience, knowledge and capacity at three different career stages.

That matters because our clients do not all need exactly the same thing.

Virteffic supports Boards, Committees, governance teams and organisations with governance and company secretarial support, professional minute writing, Board and Committee support and Board Effectiveness Reviews. As that work continues to develop, so does the importance of having the right combination of experience, knowledge and capacity within our team.

Christina brings significant governance and Board experience. Jasmine adds knowledge developed through a varied financial services career and from supporting Committees within a private equity business. Brenna brings transferable skills, curiosity and the fresh perspective of someone beginning her professional career.

Their appointments also reflect Virteffic’s commitment to professional development at every stage.

For one person, that may mean bringing decades of experience into a new working environment and developing interests in areas such as Board Effectiveness Reviews and training.

For another, it may mean applying existing financial services and Committee knowledge from a different perspective.

For someone taking their first professional steps, it means having the support and variety needed to begin building confidence, capability and a career.

Three new colleagues, each joining Virteffic at a different point in their career and each bringing something valuable to the team.

Over the coming days, we will be introducing Christina, Jasmine and Brenna individually and sharing more about their careers, experiences and what they are looking forward to at Virteffic.
