Customised Proposal
We will provide a detailed proposal of what services we can offer, together with a fee estimate for your consideration.
The fees for our virtual assistant services vary, as the role itself can vary greatly – and so the skill set and experience required. There are a few options available to choose from:
- Flexible – simply “pay-as-you-go” on our standard hourly rate.
- Fixed Fees – available for minutes and specific projects.
- Purchase a block of hours at a discounted rate.
Delivery of Services
Our team can start working as soon as the agreement has been signed (and once access to files/documents have been provided). We will proceed to deliver the requested services within the required time frame and as frequently as you wish.
We will maintain an open line of communication. Not only so that we can keep you, as our client, apprised of how things are progressing but also so that you can keep us in the loop with how you are feeling about the services provided and delegate more work as and when needed. We can also provide regular updates on the team’s capacity.
