With 30 years’ professional experience spanning trust, corporate and funds, Christina brings extensive expertise in trust and corporate administration, corporate governance and administrative leadership to her work with Virteffic.
As a qualified executive director, Christina combines strong technical knowledge with executive-level experience, strategic thinking and a people-focused approach to supporting clients, boards and professional stakeholders.
Three decades of experience across trust, corporate, funds and governance
Christina has 30 years of professional experience spanning trust, corporate and funds, with extensive experience in administration, corporate governance and leadership.
Her career includes almost two decades in the trust industry, where she led teams and administered a variety of complex fiduciary structures and their assets from both Jersey and Geneva.
She subsequently spent a decade specialising in corporate governance and administration, including supporting the setup of a Jersey office for a leading litigation funder. This experience has given Christina a broad understanding of corporate structures, governance requirements and the practical needs of professional stakeholders.
As a qualified executive director, Christina brings an executive-level perspective to board relations and client support, alongside strong organisational, analytical, strategic and communication skills.
Christina is particularly interested in developing her work in board effectiveness, training and presenting as her role with Virteffic continues to grow.

Family, adventure and giving back
Outside work, Christina enjoys spending time with her daughter and supporting causes that have personal meaning to her.
A keen trekker before becoming a mum, Christina has enjoyed adventures in Costa Rica, Peru and Tanzania. She is also involved with the charity Tiny Seeds, which supported her on her journey to becoming a solo mum by choice, and she took part in the charity’s Birds and the Bees campaign in 2025.
Christina’s interests outside work reflect the determination, curiosity and people-focused approach she brings to her professional life.
