I’m a dedicated Virtual Assistant specialising in secretarial support and administration services. With over 8 years of experience in fund and company administration within Guernsey’s financial services industry, I have developed strong expertise in all aspects of company secretarial support.

Professional Background

In my previous roles as a Senior Administrator, I assisted with the management of a portfolio of clients, providing company secretarial support including preparing board packs, attending meetings, and drafting minutes. I also supported client communications, regulatory requirements, and day-to-day administrative processes.

I hold a Certificate in International Finance and Administration with the Chartered Governance Institute, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.

  • Day-to-day administration of fund structures.
  • Cash management and responding to client requests.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders – clients and third parties.
  • Opening and closing of bank accounts.
  • Assisting with FATCA and CRS filings.
  • Managed client and investor relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Dealing with investor and client queries.
  • Organised and attended board meetings, preparing agendas, board papers and drafting board
    minutes and resolutions.
  • Preparing AGM’s.
  • Payment processing, investment payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Bookkeeping for payments and investment transactions.
