Our courses are suitable for anyone
We tailor the training plan to fit in with the skills level and experience of the attendees.
Virteffic has a team of qualified chartered secretaries and experienced individuals. Together, we develop training courses that touch on the statutory requirements whilst also giving useful “Tips and Tricks” and guidance through your in-house policies, procedures and precedents.
Our courses are prepared by our team, drawing on our experience from our longstanding careers at and before Virteffic. Despite some references appearing quite specific, we have altered and changed details so we can safeguard the confidentiality of our clients.
As a recurring theme throughout our courses, we emphasise how every member of the board can improve board efficiency during meetings, support the company secretary and ensure good corporate governance. Our aim is to give you practical tips to bring the best practice to the board room and the drafting of the minutes.
You choose how the course is to be delivered. Whichever option you choose, we make sure it is interactive and easily absorbed.
