Building Virteffic
Virteffic was founded in 2020 with a clear vision: to build a modern business that combines high professional standards with a more flexible and sustainable way of working. The result is an approach that enables experienced professionals to deliver exceptional governance and company secretarial support, while working in a way that allows them to perform at their best.
Tess is passionate about creating an environment where talented professionals can thrive without unnecessary corporate structures. She believes that when people are trusted and supported, they produce their best work. These values continue to shape Virteffic’s culture today and influence how the team supports clients, delivering high-quality support with consistency and care.
Outside of work, Tess enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling and playing padel. These interests help maintain balance alongside a busy professional life and reflect the importance she places on resilience, wellbeing and maintaining perspective in demanding environments.
Today, Virteffic supports boards, governance teams and organisations across multiple jurisdictions, providing practical expertise, independent insight and trusted professional support. The focus is not simply on delivering outputs, but on supporting effective decision-making, ensuring discussions are clearly captured and actions are followed through.
While the business continues to grow, its focus remains unchanged: delivering high-quality governance support through professionalism, sound judgement and strong, long-term client relationships.
