Her career includes senior roles at HSBC Private Bank, RBC Wealth Management, CSC/Intertrust/Elian/Ogier, and the Maples Group. This experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, boardroom dynamics, and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Tess specialises in minute-taking, corporate governance, and board effectiveness, offering expert insight to help boards operate efficiently and transparently.
